Diversity and Inclusion
Former Global Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manger at Inka Group (Ikea)
Diversity and Inclusion in business has never been more pertinent. As society strives to be more inclusive we need to start to replicate in business. Sari talks about how D&I can not only create a positive impact on your colleagues’ lives at work and in society on the whole, but also to your bottom line.
Sari has been working in the Diversity & Inclusion space for over 25 years, standing up for equality and fairness and sharing her conviction that “inclusion is everyone’s responsibility”. Her approach to working with and benefiting from diversity is holistic, aimed at making a positive impact on the lives of individuals, organisations and society.
In her latest role, as the Global Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) manager at Ingka Group (largest franchisee of IKEA), Sari has driven IKEAs transformation into a leader in equality.
